1. Program description. GetOhBoy Alerts delivers automated system notifications and approval requests from a self-hosted personal automation system to the business owner's own mobile number. The owner is both sender and sole recipient.
2. Consent. Messages are sent only after the recipient texts START to (877) 834-9383. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies (typically fewer than 20 messages/day). Message and data rates may apply per the recipient's carrier plan.
4. Opt-out and help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; a final confirmation message will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact patrickcasey80@gmail.com.
5. Content. Account notifications only: operational summaries, system status, and pre-configured approval requests. No marketing or third-party content.
6. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes. These terms may be updated at this URL; continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance.
